What you are concealing in your description is what I would need to see to diagnose..., along with your machine configuration. Also, try setting your KMailer to the 'sendmail' setting instead of the SMTP--right now your mail is being bounced by your ISP nearly as I can figure. My guess is that you do not have an email virus, but if any could be written for linux, then KMail would be the easiest target. More likely some switch was hit in your header which your ISP doesn't like, or possibly your ISP has restricted relaying mail for you for some reason they believe is valid--as you can guess, I don't think much of the error analysis most ISPs perform with email; if I wanted a high probability of a wrong answer, I would send a half-trained person to read an email header.
