The article is by Richard Stallman and deals with the free software philosophy and also the Consumer Broadband and Digital Television "Protection" Act, which is a bill designed to further seperate us from our current freedoms and rights as Linux, computer, and digital media users. It will effectively abolish our "fair use" rights with respect to any digital media we buy.
