I hedged back and forth for this very reason, but after reading up, was convinced that the compatibility issues had been worked out for most of the Nforce functions other than stuff like SLI which is worthless under Linux anyway. However, my Nvidia LAN port fails on both Windows and Linux, and it was working previously under Linux, so I am pretty sure that a software compatibility is not the issue. I can use either port under windows and Linux, mdk2005le. I also have sli set up on the board but Linux even at run level 5 wont boot into xwindows, but running startx manually from the cmd line works fine. -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Business Computer Projects - Disclaimer -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- This message, and any associated attachment is confidential.
