I wouldn't bother with webmin for setting up printers.  I'd use 
printerdrake.  If you use the Remote Printers tab there is a place to add 
print server IPs.  Get the IP in there and you should see any connected 
printers added to the list of available ones.  HTH

  The problem is that the cups server is not functioning, and every time
that I try to run the printer drake, it locks up.  I tried to "service cups
restart" and that wouldn’t work either - it gave a message that it was
waiting 'for the cups daemon to get ready'  do I need to reinstall?
