O'Reilly publishes two very useful Linux books[1]: "Linux in a Nutshell"
and "Running Linux". Widely available at Borders, Barnes & Noble, Amazon
and similar. You can learn more about them at www.oreilly.com. In fact,
IIRC, you can even read portions of them online.
[1] Actually, O'Reilly publishes a great many useful Linux books, but
the two mentioned are must-haves.
