Doubt it, but I haven't read enough about this ORSN to say for sure. Obviously,
if a server is operating in Germany, it is subject to the 'law of the land' I
suppose, but that's the whole thing about the 'Net. Germany can censor all they
want, China, the US, whoever, as long as there is a route around the censorship,
and there always will be, who really cares? If M$ hasn't managed to completely
ruin the internet in the past 15 years, who could? LOL!

Censoring the 'Net is like Whack-a-Mole, no real point to the game, just someone
with a big stupid hammer ;-)
