Thanks for your reply, Mikkel. I'm really glad I asked this question. Obviously, there are a number of ways of doing this. Unfortunately, I don't believe either of the two above will work in my case. While the computer running ML9.1 has both serial and parallel ports, the portable running Knoppix 3.9 has neither. > I am not sure about using the USB cable designed to network two > computers - I have never check to see if their are drivers for them.
