One thing to keep in mind about Konqueror and Java is that Mandrake and the initial Java install usually has the Java directory set to just "java" and this works until you upgrade the Java version, after which time you need to set the entire path to the actual Java executable, as per the example file path. In your case I think you upgraded Java via the Sun site, and so had to set the full path. Often after a Java upgrade either Java won't work, or you'll be stuck at the old version after upgrading, until you point Konqueror to the Java executable you want. As for Mandriva based rpm java upgrades, I have seen them on Mandriva's site as well as the Madriva Club Netherlands site. Either way, you'll likely have to set the full file path to the Java executable, as you just did. Rick Kunath, k9ao
