Tried that, no show in HardDrake :-(

Even added epat to /etc/modprobe.preload and rebooted, just in case.....

Still no joy!

Methinks this is going to be the same as the OnStream DI-30 tape drive I had a while back..... drivers were there etc, but it just wouldnt show, after much playing around and assistance!

I'll go have a look at some logs and see if anything shows up.

I added to my message - I forgot about the pcd driver. Let me know
how it goes. I have a Avatar Shark that I see how udev handles later
today. It uses most of the same drivers. (pd instead of pcd.)
