What do you mean by "when you installed new hard drive". Did you
install a new hard drive on your windoz box and then install
Mandriva, or did you already have windoz and Mandriva installed
and then added a hard drive? If Mandriva was already on your
machine and you added extra drive then you should already have a
swap partition. If not then you can go into Mandriva Control
Centre and select the "create, Del, re-size" icon. Be sure to
back up any personal files on both Mandriva and windoz first.
