It is very likely that this is "on the motherboard" video with shared
memory.
Unfortunately, it never offers me a chance to specify available memory.
The CD-ROM is running through its startup script up until the time 
it fails loading the "loop"(?) filesystem. 
And, at that time, I appear to be stuck.
