What are you trying to do with it? If you want to use it for gaming, I'd suggest Cedega: http://www.transgaming.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=2&meid=-1 If however you would like to run Windows applications your best bet is crossover: http://www.codeweavers.com/products/ You may have to cough out a *small* fee but it's worth it IMO. I run native 32 bit SAP clients under crossover, Notes Clients etc. Have run office but OpenOffice 2 played a big part in getting rid of Office from M$ ... by comparison Office blows :) Anyway ... depending on what you are doing, either of these two would probably be a better bet than just running wine on it's own HOWEVER, I have run wine occassionally just to run simple non install types of w32 binaries. -- "The glass is neither half empty nor half full ... it is twice as big as it needs to be" ____________________________________________________ Want to buy your Pack or Services from Mandriva?
