Here's Jack's answer to this:

There's a field in the setup_.102 file named "EBASE SIG FILE".  It is 
defined as a calculated field that draws its data from a field in the 
ebase.102 file (which you can't change).  However, you CAN change the 
calculation in the setup_.102 file.  Just keep it defined as a text 
calculation, and type in the text that you'd like.

FYI- be careful of how you write the text.  You need to enter carriage
returns manually for line breaks.
