[NEWBIES] Mailing Labels

What type of address labels are folks using with ebase.  I can't seem to
get the Avery 5160s to work.  It was suggested to cut a 1/2" off the top
to get them to work. This did the trick but seems like a silly fix.  I
tired changing the layout but with no luck.  Suggestions appreciated.
