[NEWBIES] printing envelopes

I am having the MOST FRUSTRATING TIME trying to print envelopes from ebase.

I have a found set, and I want to print envelopes. I go through the set up,
and the first one comes out the way I requested, and the rest print out the
way it was before I set it up. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
