[NEWBIES] Deposit Report

I am having trouble trying to get the date range I want for a deposit
report.  The screen indicates I can put in a date range but yet when I do it
says no matches found.  I know for a fact we have payments entered on these
dates.  Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
