You can add your own fields (such as a donation amount
for a thank you) by clicking and dragging on the box marked "fields" on the
left hand side of the layout. This will bring up a pop-up menu from which
you can select the fields and where they come from (Names, Payments, etc.)
Wherever you created your new fields, that's where you'll need to look to
add them to the layout.
Hope this helps. Play around with the layouts, and look at your ebase
manual. I also frequently scroll back and forth between "Layout" and
"Preview" modes to get a good idea of how the changes I've created will
print.
The more familiar you get with ebase and filemaker the more you can do.
Good luck.
Anne
