I haven't had to record a tribute recently but the following fields have
been included in the payments file. You may want to pull one or more of
these fields from obscurity and put them on the payments screen. The fields
are:
Tribute Name
Tribute Notification
Tribute Notification Address
Tribute Type
Tribute Match Info
As I recall, a list may be needed of all donors which can be sent (notify)
to relatives, for instance, if the tribute relates to a deceased member.
To access these fields, go to the Payment Entry Screen, use layout mode and
drag onto the layout the fields icon from the left of the screen.

I have seen people note the honoree's name in the Pay Memo field in a
record posted to the donor. If others do this differently, chime in
