I just configured my mobile phone (Nokia N95) to tag photos with GPS coordinates. I thought this would be a great help in surveying, but I can't seem to match the GPS values in the EXIF metadata with the GPS values in JOSM or Potlatch. For example the city hall of Stockholm is located at N59 19' 39" E18 03' 12" according to a photo taken there whereas JOSM gives the coordinates as 59.3278 18.0529. How can I reconcile these two values?
