Just getting started with OSM and I've got a question about culdesacs. I've come across 2 types of cudesacs. One is the circle type that is completely paved over. The other is like a rotary / round-a-bout with an island. Does OSM make a distinction between these two types and what is the proper way to mark them as such in josm?
