Watch out... I put a parking lot around a building then had people

I drew an outline around a church where the parking stalls were

around the church where parishioners can park aren't parking stalls to
some. I'm not sure what they are, but there were a few people getting

you have access tags for that. i like

access=destination

because it accurately sums up "you can park here if you have
business here", whether that's shopping, going to church,
going to police court, whatever.
