Hello,
I attended the recent Linux install-fest and installed Red Hat 9. Now I am trying to run the Up2Date and received the error message "Problem Registering Username" upon completion of the registration form.
After looking up this error on the web, I discovered the Up2Date needed an update for some type of new security certificate and that the old Up2Date was no longer accepted after August 30th this year. I downloaded the update, used the Run… option to run the install but still receive the same error message. I'm very new to Linux of any variety and unsure if I did the install properly or if something else is required.
For anyone who has experience with this or information that may help, I would greatly appreciate any help.
