Did you use these tools under Linux? I have tried running their program with wine, but it doesn't work. I also tried using mono and that didn't work either. I have emailed them twice now. The first time they regurgitated the standard reply "use the analysis tool" even though I told them I don't use windows. The second time I was told Western Digital doesn't support Linux.
