Yes, it would technically "work", but depending on your Internet
connection it would almost definitely be too slow for actual use.
You are welcome to try it, of course :-)
(Also, the "-X" may not be necessary depending on how your computer and
the schizo machines are set up, but that's also extraneous information :-)
