I one time opened IM while using Fedora Core 3.  Now it comes up on every log-in prompting me for IM log-in.  As such, I assume this software got set to start every time I log in.  How do I, without removing this, make it so it doesn't come up every time I log in to Linux?  I do like that Linux re-opens what I last had opened when I logged out (terminal, explorer folder, etc); however, I don't have IM open when I log out, so I don't wish for it to open when I log in.  Let me know if this request for help doesn't make any sense.
