THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE CONSTITUTED
Podgorica - The Montenegrin Government will be constituted because the
Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and the Social Democratic Party
(SDP) are serious parties which "have approached the important work of
forming the Government with the maximum sense of responsibility". Filip
Vujanovic stated this yesterday, during his official visit to Bar, a
town at the coast of Montenegro.
I absolutely claim that there will be no new parliamentary election in
Montenegro, because we have triumphantly won at the recently held
elections, and all the stories about some new elections are sheer
speculations - underlined Vujanovic.
THE CONSTITUTIONAL SUBCOMMISSION SESSION TOMORROW:
DISCUSSION ON THE LAW REGARDING THE CHARTER IMPLEMENTATION
Podgorica - The Constitutional Subcommission is supposed to hold a
session in Belgrade on Tuesday, December 17, in order to discuss draft
Law on the implementation of the Constitutional charter - announced the
presiding of the Working group for drafting the Law, Bosko Ristic.
He said that the federal institutions could not possibly be closed down,
because the process of transition had to be done without provoking
crisis. He proposed a law that guarantees a "painless" transfer of
authorities from the federal to the republic level.
The transition process will not be started until the highest standards
of protecting human and minorities' rights, taken over from the
international documents and recommendations, are provided - underlined
Ristic.

THE PROGRAM OF TRAINING FUTURE EXPERTS
Podgorica - The United States Consulate in Podgorica has announced a
program of training Montenegro's journalists in the United States of
America (USA) and the arrival of the US journalism experts to
Montenegro. The program is being prepared, and is expected to be
realized next year - reports Podgorica Agency MINA.
Three groups of journalists were staying in the USA last year, one was
doing research on reporting during elections, and the other two were
studying the research journalism.

Podgorica - Vlada Crne Gore bice konstituisana jer su Demokratska
partija socijalista (DPS) i Socijaldemorkatska partija (SDP) ozbiljne
partije, "koje tom znacajnom poslu prilaze sa maksimalnom odgovornoscu"-
izjavio je predsjednik crnogorskog parlamenta Filip Vujanovic, juce
prilikom posjete Baru, gradu na Crnogorkom primorju.
Apsolutno tvrdim da nece biti novih parlamentarnih izbora u Crnoj Gori,
jer smo mi trijumfalno pobijedili na nedavno odrzanim izborima i sve
price o nekim novim izborima su obicne spekulacije - naglasio je
Vujanovic.
SJUTRA SJEDNICA USTAVNE POTKOMISIJE:
RAZMATRANJE PREDLOGA ZAKONA ZA SPROVODJENJE POVELJE
Podgorica - Sjednica Ustavne potkomisije, na kojoj bi trebalo da budu
razmatrani prijedlozi zakona za sprovodjenje Ustavne povelje, odrzace se
u utorak, 17 decembra, u Beogradu - najavio je predsjedavajuci Radne
grupe za izradu tog zakona Bosko Ristic.
Ristic je ocijenio da je nemoguce da dodje do gasenja saveznih
institucija, jer se tranzicija mora sprovesti bez krize. On je predlozio
zakon koji garantuje "bezbolni" prenos ovlascenja sa saveznog na
republicki nivo.
Nece se ici u tranziciju sve dok se ne obezbijede najveci standardi
zastite ljudskih i manjinskih prava, preuzeti iz medjunarodnih
dokumenata i preporuka - naglasio je Ristic.
PROGRAM AMERICKOG KONZULATA U PODGORICI
OBUKA BUDUCIH EKSPERATA
Podgorica - Plan programa boravka crnogorskih novinara u Sjedinjenim
Americkim Drzavama (SAD) i dolazak eksperata iz oblasti zurnalizma u
Crnu Goru iz SAD-a, koje ce americki konzulat u Podgorici realizovati
naredne godine je u fazi priprema - javlja podgoricka agencija MINA.
U Americi su prosle godine iz Crne Gore boravile tri grupe novinara,
jedna je izucavala izvjestavanje tokom izbora, a ostale istrazivacko
novinarstvo.
