MONTENEGRO'S HIGH REPRESENTATIVES TALKED WITH GREEK AMBASSADOR TO FRY
MICHALIS SPINELIS: POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP TOWARDS THE ADOPTION OF THE
CHARTER

Podgorica - Speaker of Montenegro's Parliament Filip Vujanovic and
mandate holder for the composition of the new government Milo Djukanovic
talked in Podgorica yesterday with Greek Ambassador to the Federal
Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) Michalis Spinelis.

The past relations of Montenegro and Greece were defined as positive,
especially in the area of economy. Ambassador Spinelis announced that
Greece, which is to take over the chairmanship in the European Union on
January 1st, 2003, would continue to support the reform processes in
Montenegro.

Spinelis expressed his totally positive attitude toward the adoption of
the Constitutional charter, and said that he expected that it would soon
be adopted in parliaments.


MILO DJUKANOVIC TALKED WITH STEFAN CIGOJ
ON THE EUROPEAN ROAD

Podgorica - We are satisfied with the development of the bilateral
cooperation of Montenegro and Slovenia in all areas. We are also ready
to bring the cooperation to a more advanced level, which is of mutual
interest - mandate holder for the composition of the new government Milo
Djukanovic and Consul General of the Republic of Slovenia Stefan Cigoj
concluded in Podgorica yesterday.

Djukanovic underlined that Slovenia represented a role model to
Montenegro in its European road.

THE CONSTITUTIONAL SUBCOMMISSION SESSION IN BELGRADE TODAY
KUJOVIC: PROPOSALS OF THE MONTENEGRIN REPRESENTATIVES COORDINATED WITH
THE CONSTITUTIONAL CHARTER TEXT

Podgorica - The Montenegrin representatives in the Commission for
drafting the Constitutional charter expressed their expectancy that the
law on the charter implementation would be adopted at today's session of
the Subcommission.

High official of ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Dragan
Kujovic said he was confident that the majority of the proposals by
Montenegro's delegation would be harmonized today.

We hope that after that we will have draft text of the Law, which will
be accepted by the Commission and then adopted in the Parliament
together with the charter - Kujovic said to Radio Montenegro.

VISOKI CRNOGORSKI ZVANICNICI RAZGOVARALI SA AMBASADOROM GRCKE U SRJ
MIHALISOM SPINELISOM: POZITIVAN ODNOS PREMA USVAJANJU USTAVNE POVELJE

Podgorica - Prdsjednik crnogorskog Parlamenta Filip Vujanovic i mandatar
za sastav nove crnogorske Vlade Milo Djukanovic razgovarali su juce u
Podgorici sa grckim ambasadorom u Saveznoj Republici Jugoslaviji(SRJ)
Mihalisom Spinelisom.

Pozitivno su ocijenjeni dosadasnji odnosi Crne Gore i Grcke, narocito u
oblasti privrede, i Spinelis je najavio da ce Grcka, koja od 01. januara
preuzima predsjedavanje Evropskom unijom, nastaviti sa podrskom
reformskih procesa u Crnoj Gori.

Spinelis je iskazao krajnje pozitivan odnos prema usvajanju Ustavne
povelje, uz ocekivanje da  ce se sto prije usvojiti i u parlamentima.

MILO DJUKANOVIC RAZGOVARAO SA STEFANOM CIGOJEM
NA EVROPSKOM PUTU

Podgorica - Zadovoljni smo razvojem bilateralne saradnje Crne Gore i
Slovenije u svim oblastima i spremni smo da se ta saradnja unaprijedi u
obostranom interesu - konstatovali su juce u Podgorici mandatar za
sastav nove crnogorske vlade Milo Djukanovic i generalni konzul
Republike Slovenije Stefan Cigoj.

Djukanovic je istakao da Slovenija predstavlja uzor Crnoj Gori na njenom
evropskom putu.



SJEDNICA USTAVNE POTKOMISIJE DANAS U BEOGRADU
KUJOVIC: PREDLOZI CRNOGORSKE DELEGACIJE USKLADJENI SA TEKSTOM USTAVNE
POVELJE

Podgorica - Predstavnici Crne Gore u Komisiji za pisanje Ustavne povelje
izrazili su ocekivanje da ce zakon o sprovodjenju povelje biti usvojen
na danasnjoj sjednici Potkomisije.

Visoki funkcioner vladajuce Demokratske partije socijalista (DPS) Dragan
Kujovic izrazio je uvjerenje da ce vecina predloga koje je uputila
crnogorska delegacija biti danas usaglasena sa rjesenjima, koja je
utvrdila radna grupa za izradu tog zakona, kao i uskladjena sa tekstom
Ustavne povelje.

Nadam se da cemo nakon toga imati predlog teksta zakona, koji ce
Komisija prihvatiti i koji ce biti usvojen u parlamentu istovremeno kada
i Ustavna povelja - rekao je Kujovic Radiju Crne Gore.

SEMINAR U EURO INFO CENTRU U PODGORICI
CRNA GORA MORA DA ZADOVOLJI POTREBE STRANIH INVESTITORA

Podgorica - Ako Vlada Crne Gore zeli da privuce strane investicije, onda
mora da napravi jasnu strategiju za to, odnosno okvire koji ce omoguciti
da se te investicije plasiraju - receno je na jucerasnjem seminaru o
promociji stranih investicija u Euro info centru u Podgorici.

Do sada je najvise investicija na crnogorsko podrucje dolazilo iz
Sjedinjenih Americkih Drzava (SAD) - oko 37 odsto, a potom iz Njemacke,
Velike Britanije i Francuske.
