It was unofficially announced that, if Van Rompuy does not go to Brdo Kod Kranja tomorrow , Chairman of the EU Ministers and Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos will not participate in the conference either. Sources in the European Commission said that European Enlargement Commissioner Stephan Fuele should come to a meeting in Brdo Kod Kranja tomorrow.
