Israel kills another Hamas activist saying "he was planning more attacks." The attack appears to be in line with Israel's policy of so-called targetted killings. To whomever they want, wherever they want, without due process. Meanwhile, Israeli and Palestinian human rights activists have launched a challenge in the High Court to this policy.
