Hi, this was publicly announced this morning at 9:45am, exactly 24 hours before tomorrow morning's meeting. The minimum 24 hour's notice requirement is a state law -- personally i think we should get it changed at next year's legislative session! -- anyway, here it is in case you're not signed up for automatic email notices from http://pmn.utah.gov yet!

P.S. The city council has had many of these closed meetings before in the past -- this is just the first one that we've forwarded the info on. We won't always have time to let you know so make sure to sign up at http://pmn.utah.gov for the Provo entities that you want to receive public notices on. Because " ... whenever the people are well-informed, they can be trusted with their own government; that, whenever things get so far wrong as to attract their notice, they may be relied on to set them to rights" (Thomas Jefferson, letter to Dr. Price, 8 Jan. 1789)
