Yes. Upgrade your version of News Clipper. :) Since version 1.18 NC
has supported this, although support has improved since then. One
thing: you must have a large enough cache that the old HTML doesn't
get bumped out by newer HTML. In newer versions of NC, it will try to
contact the server if there is nothing in the cache, but if the server
is down AND there is nothing in the cache you are out of luck.
