HI again Thanx for the pointers for the database software. I downloaded the demo of Notion and I am eager to check it out. But I have one slight problem...
Every time I try to install NCU 1.0 my machine freezes. I have tried the original cd (the pretty red one) and I have downloaded it from various other newton sites. Each time I freeze as soon as it starts the actual installation. Is my OS too high? I'm running 9.1 but I can put a different system on my other hard drive if that's what it would take to make it work. My hardware is 7300/G3 288MHZ but I have lots of older macs I can use if it just wont work with my machine. I have searched for 2 days on the internet looking for minimum/maximum software/hardware requirements for my mac to connect to my netwon and visa versa. And I haven't found anything... Maybe some one could direct me to a site that would have the info I'm looking for. Any and all help is appreciated Thanx again Kim On 8/26/02 3:03 PM, "Kimberly Leslie" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi > > I just got a Newton 130 and I was wondering if there is a database program I > can use or if I could program a simple database and what program I could use > to do that? > > Thanx, > Kim > -- NewtonList is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
