I found an opensource program called samplicator.  I use this to 
 Mirror my netflow traffic to multiple destinations/ports, including 
 localhost

 Works perfectly.

Without having looked into the manual or source I would expect a more
canonically syntax as <ip>:<port> rather than <ip>/<port>.

Did you try that?
