The point is, that Apple's Perl on MacOSX up to and including 10.5.x is the
only Perl I came across, which does not
implement setrgid/setruid calls. The makes nfsend to die.
If you start NfSen already with the user ID assigned in nfsen.conf ( su user
'nfsen start' ) , this code sequence is not
executed and NfSen runs and starts fine. You may also install other Perls on
MacOSX from Ports collection or other,
which implement the system call in question.
