It would be great if you could report your bugs in the NHibernate
project in JIRA. Under that project, there's a Linq component that
should be used.
If you can separate each bug into a different issue with a test case,
that would help a lot. Please take a look to see if you find a
duplicate issue and vote for that issue if you find it. Also, vote
for your own issue if you want it to be solved sooner.
