Very very good question - essentially, the sad answer is: Right now, no. And 
this is wrong.
What is disturbing is that the NhJoinClause is created with IsInner defaulting 
to true; and is then made an outer join by MakeOuter. This disturbs me.
I have to think about why the algorithm came out like that - and what a 
"reversed" version could look like.
