Hi Fabio and Patrick and everyone else - while I'm at it: What do you do about that issue??? It is, IMHO, a severe bug in Hibernate (not NHibernate!). And I honestly do not understand why it doesn't break lots of programs ... but maybe I'm blind on that eye, and everyone else solves the "exists with joins" issue in an other way which works.
Actually, this issue completely stops our NHib 3.x adoption; and I, for one, cannot see how to implement Linq's .Any operator unless it is solved (but we might have a wild "semantics discussion" also about that ... :-) ).
