The test 
(a) is a full-blown (well ...) Java test, so it can't be copy&past from .Net 
:-); 
(b) does not have any comment (in the source code), so there can't be any wrong 
ones! 
(c) has the simple assertion that it runs to end. But you are right - I could 
of course have added Assert.Succeed()! - that should more directly tell people 
that that's all I want from this test. Nothing more, nothing less. Single 
reponsibility test.

For the copy-paste errors in the text ... as long as people don't give me a 
possibility to edit my texts afterwards, I don't care for trivial errors, which 
every sensible reader will patch while reading. But if you have the rights to 
edit postings in Hibnerate's Jira, I give you every right to override my 
copyright and improve the text on that level ;-).
