Another idea: Should I use the configuration "QuerySubstitutions" to 
replace the values?
Sample:
from -> ADD COLUMN CON0001 BIT DEFAULT false NOT NULL
to ->   ADD COLUMN CON0001 BIT DEFAULT 0 NOT NULL
