We dont use the Load method and unfortunatly Im currently on
Nhibernate 1.2 and we are having some challenges moving to 2.0 so we
wont be moving to it for a little while so I wont be able to use
stateless session. By the way, do you know where I could get more
information on stateless session and what kinds of things it can do.
For now I suspect I might be out of luck but we are currently looking
at doing heavy redesign and not have nhibernate use our domain objects
and create lightweight entity objects and have a mapper map the entity
objects to our domain objects. The problem is our domain objects are
very heavy weight in that they have data and business functionality
and having nhibernate push around these heavy domain objects seems to
bring about a lot of performance problems. Im not sure if anyone
considered doing this before but it does mean we have to do more work
that nhibernate did for us automatically but if it means better
performance then thats more important for us.
