The discrepancy appears to be that you have configured NHibernate with its IfxDriver which expects to use instances of IfxConnection, but SOMETHING is providing NHibernate with instance of OdbcConnection instead. You need to remove the discrepancy by either telling NHibernate to use OdbcDriver, or by fixing SOMETHING to generate instances of IfxConnection instead of OdbcConnection (or by letting NHibernate generate its own connections).
