No no. Here's a good one.

"Hello *** tech support, this is Kyle, how can I help you?"
*I can't get online.*
"Ok, what hotel and city are you in?"
*Umm, Best Western and I don't know what city.*
"What state are you in?"
*I don't know. Why do you need to know this anyway?*
"Well, I have to log into the equipment."
*Oh. {click}*

She calls back and gets a coworker. He tells her he needs the hotel's
location. She hangs up on him too. She calls back a third time.

*I'm at a Best Western in ****, Wisconsin. I called the front desk.*

I was able to help her out after that.
