I'm asking a lot of questions but do you know the standard setting for the idle?

We're quickly running beyond the limits of my understanding of carburetors. I
know mine idles really high with the choke on after it warms up. If that was
stuck on then someone tried to adjust the idle down with the set screw to fight
the choke that could cause problems

Ok and if all those valves were constantly on "Choke" that would cause my bike
not to idle on it's own right?
