Robert,
        I'd recommend a healthy dose of SeaFoam to run through carbs -
if that doesn't fix it - which is possible - the next step would be a
good cleaning of the carbs.
        Removing the carbs on the 450s is not as difficult as some of
the other NHs - there are afterall only two to worry about.
        If you reach that level and do pull the carbs out - be sure to
inspect both the choke and the throttle cables - no better time to
replace them if necessary than when you already have the carbs out.
