I'm not trying to spoil the camaraderie, but one reason I like the Nighthawk so much is it's the anti-Harley, and doesn't have a mostly Goth following. It's sleek, aerodynamic and q-u-i-e-t, something I appreciate more and more after decades of noise in my workplace -- television news. North Carolina is dominated by Harley riders who feel the need to be monolithic in dress and noise. Honda has been my refuge, a place of diversity and acceptance.
