Dennis Kirk has your stems ($10 each).

Since you've never done bike carbs, I'd highly recommend purchasing a
Clymer shop manual and studying up first.

You'll need to remove the rack (of four carbs) from the bike, but I'd
advise not disassembling the rack any further (separating the carbs
from one another is unneccessarily complicated).

I'd also recommend purchasing a set of good quality screwdrivers and
take your time with take down and reassembly.  The cover screws and
brass jet pieces are fragile and easily damaged.
