Wow.  Talk about inopportune timing.  You may recall I was in the
market for a naked wing a few months ago.  Couldn't find a deal that
flipped my switch, so decided to resto my 750.

I'm up to my elbows in that project now.  Otherwise, we could talk a
swap/cash deal.

Then, there's the distance...2k+ to the southeast.
