You might want to consider replacing it, we have seen that be the source of non 
running conditions before. I know I'll start a fight saying this but try 
jumpering it to a car battery and see if it will start then.

 - I am sitting on it. I've push-started it several times last year when I
had a bad starter (which I also replaced).
