Greetings all!

I'm on another round of "Buy parts for the 650" in preparation for it's
tear-down rebuild. One thing I'm thinking of is biting the bullet and
putting Progressives on front and rear. The rear is springy enough to need
new dampers anyway, might as well go for it!

One thing I'm not sure of is this: what rates should I go for? I see people
referring to "springs sized for your weight;" is there a formula for this?
Plug-n-chug time?

Thanks folks!

-Kurt
