I`ve got similar problem and reason was blockage in the rear brake. You
cannot fill it with lower speed,although you may feel some lack of
acceleration.
Check spinning of both wheels.

compression is good and good spark and plenty of gas getting to
engine. I cant peel out or go past 95 mph. Any ideas?
